1. Delivery Coverage
- We deliver to all areas in Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak).
- International shipping is currently not available.
2. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 working days once payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
3. Shipping Duration
- West Malaysia: 2–5 working days.
- East Malaysia: 5–10 working days.
- Delivery times may vary depending on courier service, location, and peak seasons.
4. Shipping Fees
- Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on order weight and location.
- Free shipping promotions may apply on selected occasions or for orders above a certain amount (announced on our website).
5. Tracking Orders
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.
- You can use this tracking number to monitor your parcel’s status on the courier’s website.
6. Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Items
- If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide photos/videos as proof, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
- Cookie Cart is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, incorrect addresses provided by customers, or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, public holidays).
