1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
- Perishable items such as flour, sugar, or yeast cannot be returned once opened.
2. Return Process
- Contact our customer service team at mycookie.cart@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
- Once approved, return the product to the address provided.
- We will notify you once we receive and inspect your item.
3. Refund Process
- If your return is approved, refunds will be issued within 7–14 working days via your original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the product delivered was incorrect or damaged).
- Refunds may take longer depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To replace an item, please return the original product and place a new order.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Perishable goods (once opened).
- Sale items, promotional bundles, or clearance products.
- Customized or special-order items.
