1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
  • Perishable items such as flour, sugar, or yeast cannot be returned once opened.

2. Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at mycookie.cart@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
  3. Once approved, return the product to the address provided.
  4. We will notify you once we receive and inspect your item.

3. Refund Process

  • If your return is approved, refunds will be issued within 7–14 working days via your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the product delivered was incorrect or damaged).
  • Refunds may take longer depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To replace an item, please return the original product and place a new order.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Perishable goods (once opened).
  • Sale items, promotional bundles, or clearance products.
  • Customized or special-order items.
